CIMS Cemetery Software Past Upgrades

Ramaker & Associates offers a maintenance program to all of our CIMS and CIMS Light cemetery software clients. Customers that are members of this program receive free upgrades to their products, typically once per year. Below are some past upgrades that have helped to enhance the usability of our CIMS programs.

• Additional image format capabilities, including .tifs, are available. CIMS & CIMS Light   7/21/06
• Information can be entered for the Vault Manufacturer and the Vault Type. CIMS & CIMS Light   7/21/06
• A new report, listing all spaces owned by the current owner, is available from the ownership tab. Click the Owner Spaces button to access the new report. CIMS & CIMS Light   7/21/06
• Numbers are sorted in number order, rather than as characters. For example, in prior versions of CIMS, the numbers 11 and 12 came before 2 and 3. This is now corrected. CIMS   7/21/06
• Maps printed from CIMS will fit nearly the entire page. Previously much of the paper was blank. Also, a scalebar will appear on all maps printed from CIMS. CIMS   7/21/06
• When querying, the selected record will be outlined, rather than covering up other information. CIMS   7/21/06
• Fixed a few bugs in the QuickBooks® Module. CIMS & CIMS Light   8/18/05
• All reports now have the name of the cemetery at the top. CIMS & CIMS Light   6/25/05
• You can now make your veterans' burials a different color than other burials on the map. CIMS   4/22/05
• The Space Detail Report now includes veteran information. CIMS & CIMS Light   4/22/05
• You can now print a deed right out of CIMS or CIMS Light. You can use the deed that it prints, but if you would like, the CIMS staff can customize this deed for your cemetery. CIMS & CIMS Light   12/16/04
