In 2022, Ramaker signed a contract with this municipal-owned cemetery in Ontario, Canada. This is our 3rd cloud-based client in Canada. This project was initiated via an RFP where CIMS had to compete against several other cemetery software providers. CIMS won the project, and began the process of creating GIS map data from their paper maps for the City’s 4 cemeteries. Once mapping was completed, we merged the maps with an Excel database from the city, and they went live with CIMS Professional in December of 2023. After going live with CIMS, the City engaged Ramaker to complete the process for 2 more cemeteries.
