The City of Westerville, OH decide to move forward with CIMS Professional for Otterbien and Pioneer Cemetery in December of 2019. Flaws in their old records caused the mapping process to take over 2 years, but they pushed through and went live with the software in June of 2022. In addition to GIS mapping, Ramaker also provided data migration from their old DOS database.
