Ontwa Township reached out to the CIMS Team in September of 2024 because they were managing a cemetery with paper records and maps. This had become cumbersome, and the IT Administrator was tasked with finding a better solution. The township signed the proposal in January of 2025. Mapping the 8.65-acre cemetery started immediately and was completed in April of 2025, going live with CIMS Professional in May 2025.
