In September 2022, Ramaker signed a contract with Chagrin Falls, OH. Chagrin Falls had been using an antiquated cemetery management software that was no longer meeting their needs. The CIMS Team spent the next 2 years building their GIS maps and in 2024 we migrated the data from their old program. This project also included drone imagery and 360-degree imagery, our full suite of services. This cemetery went live with CIMS Professional in December 2024. In the future, they are anticipating adding a Burial Search site to their CIMS Implementation.
