This City of Solon, OH, has been using CIMS Desktop to manage 2 cemeteries totaling 10 acres since 2007. For many years, they liked CIMS Desktop, but did not feel that it was necessary to receive upgrades or pay annual maintenance. Over time this changed, and they realized the benefits of having technical support and upgrades to the software. In the spring of 2022, they decided to move forward with upgrading their cemetery data to CIMS Professional Cloud. This was completed for them in June of 2022.
