The City of Lee’s Summit was using an ArcView based system to manage it’s cemetery data. This system was difficult for cemetery staff to use and required assistance from the city’s GIS staff. CIMS migrated the data to the CIMS Professional database and is also hosting the data on a website. This created a completely usable system with all cemetery information beginning on the day it was installed. CIMS provided implementation and training services as well.
