Roscoe Township in Illinois had been using an outdated version of CIMS Core Desktop. They initially began using it in 2009 and had not updated it since that time. As their 3 cemeteries became busier, it became evident that this was no longer meeting their needs. In 2021, they made the decision to move their software to the Cloud and implement GIS Mapping so they would have a better understanding of the inventory of their cemeteries. They went live with CIMS Professional in December of 2021.
