The CIMS User Group Conference was held on Thursday, October 5th at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. More than 45 cemeterians gathered to learn about CIMS software and meet other CIMS users from various states.

It was a great day for interaction and a time to exchange ideas regarding CIMS and cemetery operations. Presentations were given on CIMS Cloud, GIS, and where CIMS is heading. Todd Szymkowski talked about Ground Penetrating Radar and gave an outdoor demonstration of GPR. Round table discussions were held on various cemetery topics, and time was spent answering questions and discussing what new features clients would like to see in CIMS.

Many positive comments were received from attendees.  They appreciated learning more about CIMS Cloud capabilities and having an opportunity to talk to CIMS experts. The CIMS Team members enjoyed visiting with current CIMS users and meeting new cemeterians. Our next CIMS User Group Conference will be in the fall of 2019.
